Thai Yoga Massage

Thai massage is done on the floor, on a thick massage futon, and fully clothed. Ten lines are visualised to run through the body, from our feet to our head. They run along the valleys of our body, between muscle and muscle, and between muscle and bone. Each one of these lines is worked systematically along its length. Deep pressure is applied using thumbs, palms and elbows, and sometimes knees and feet. The tissue dramatically softens, and, as you simply relax, I gently lift, twist and stretch your body. It is like yoga, but with no effort on your part. Thai massage, done well, is not painful. The pressure is deep and rhythmical, and you can relax into it.
