I have worked since 1999 as a pilates teacher, pilates teacher trainer, yoga teacher and massage practitioner.
I have taken first and second year university courses in anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology and epidemiology.
I hold a BA in philosophy and an MSc in embodied cognition.
I trained in Thai massage at the International Society of Thai Yoga Massage and at Metta College, and I trained in Hawaiian Lomi Lomi with Ana Jayna Gabriela in La Gomera.
Now living in Medicine Island with my two daughters.
